A Restored Pratt Street
Through improved and restored retail storefronts, renovated residential spaces, and curated programming, Pratt St is being rediscovered.
It’s December, which means the holidays are right around the corner. Whether you’re looking to get a head start on your holiday shopping or looking for inspiration on what to get your loved ones, we’re sharing all the places, things, and experiences you can visit, shop, and gift this holiday season.
Not sure what to give your loved ones? How about an experience they’ll never forget? We have many businesses on Pratt Street that offer unique goods and services from psychic readings to painting classes.

Sunberry Restaurant & Bar makes the best Korean Fried Chicken in the city. They also are well known for their ramen, Korean grilled bbq, and bibimbap (a rice bowl filled with fresh seasoned vegetables, a cooked egg, and paired with a spicy chili or teriyaki sauce). Sunberry has a variety of fresh juices, bubble tea, and sake to choose from.
Sorella is an Italian restaurant known for its wood fired pizza and handmade pasta. There’s something for everyone to enjoy from meatballs and mozzarella sticks to shrimp scampi and chicken marsala.
Vaughan’s Irish Pub serves up authentic Irish fare with classics like lamb stew, shepherd’s pie, and reuben sandwiches. Enjoy an ice cold Guinness and don’t forget to leave room for dessert.
El Poeta de Los Sandwiches serves Puerto Rican dishes and sandwiches like the Jibarito (a sandwich that typically includes meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, aioli, garlic-flavored mayonnaise, and instead of being held together by bread, it is surrounded with flattened fried green plantains). They also have appetizers, frappes, and smoothies to enjoy.
We have a variety of stores and retailers to shop from this holiday season, each with something unique to cater to everyone on your shopping list. Whether you’re in search of the latest Nikes or looking for a handmade piece of jewelry, we’ve got something for everyone to enjoy.
The Pratt Street Winter Village, our first ever open-air holiday market, continues every weekend now until December 18th. We invite you to stop by every Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am–3:00pm to shop from local artisans that will be popping up at the Winter Village. There will be live musical performances and demonstrations, a beer garden from our new tenant, Urban Lodge Brewing Company, and visits from Santa himself!
